We will ask you to sanitize your hands immediately upon entry to the clinic and just prior to exiting.
We will be asking you questions from a pre-screening checklist and taking your temperature with a no-touch thermometer.
We have installed a plexiglass barrier between our front counter and the waiting area. This will allow for our front end staff to welcome you safely from a distance.
We have removed all magazines and toys from our waiting area.
Our waiting area will have limited seating.
Clinical staff will be wearing masks throughout your visit so that they can welcome you safely to our treatment rooms.
What Additional Measures Are in Place
Our staff will adhere to the same pre-screening as all patients prior to the start of each workday.
We request that all persons entering our clinic have their nose and mouth covered.
We will have more frequent cleaning of high touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, etc. We will also be following increased cleaning protocols as directed by the CDSBC.
Additional personal protective equipment will be worn by all clinical staff when providing treatment.
All deliveries to our clinic will be wiped down upon delivery, and deliveries will now only be accepted through our second waiting room door to prevent close contact with any patients/staff that may be in our waiting room.
We encourage all those who wish to contact us, for whatever reason, to please do so by email or phone.
All pre-scheduled appointments for June, July, and August are now postponed, as we redo our schedule in order to allow us to welcome all patients back in the most efficient way possible. All patients whose appointments have been affected by our closure and those with currently scheduled appointments will be contacted as soon as possible.
